MacRumours got hold of Kuo's most recent research note which says, "Media reports in the course of recent days on lively AirPods request and Apple attempting to stay aware of Christmas season request line up with our discoveries and positive expectations on AirPods in a few past reports. [...] In 2018, we foresee AirPods shipments will grow 100% YoY to 26-28mn units. We gauge the ASP of RFPCB for overhauled AirPods in 2H18 may increment, encourage profiting business energy of Unitech and Compeq."

Kuo's most recent note keeps in line to a report not long ago where he noticed that AirPods shipment in 2018 will be twofold the numbers seen for the current year, or at the end of the day generally around 26-28 million units. Without broadly expounding in regards to the redesigned AirPods, Kuo mentions that they will incorporate a "littler quartz segment." outwardly, we anticipate that the plan will continue as before. The original AirPods highlighted Apple's W1 chip, which could be moved up to a W2 chip one year from now. Obviously, this is absolutely a speculating amusement starting at now.
